In this role, you will:
- Work directly with our senior leadership team and partner with other Centric practice leads on strategy development, assessments, operational improvements, and execution.
- Provide expertise and content marketing to increase sales and delivery of business consulting solutions for the Detroit market.
- Prioritize goals and implement strategies to achieve company projects as part of the leadership team.
Business Development
- Drive direct sales efforts and enablement across the Operating Group (OG).
- Provide sales leadership on all key consulting pursuits and demonstrate superior thought leadership throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Increase revenue for this OG by identifying sales opportunities and managing the sales process through contract execution, collaborating during pursuits to deliver end-to-end programs that provide strategic value.
- Grow Centric’s presence in the market, expand the network of relationships, advocate for our brand, and educate companies about our full-service offerings.
Practice Management
- Participate in and support national practice projects, methodology, tools, best practices, knowledge sharing, and events; build a local delivery team through recruiting, mentoring, and developing local talent and resources; maximize team performance through a collaborative approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction.
- Set an account strategy and goals and provide leadership to ensure the team achieves the planned outcomes.
Who You Are:
- Experience building a growing business with an entrepreneurial mindset to help break into new accounts and grow them with the team.
- Strategic relationship builder with meaningful relationships with senior leaders in the Southeastern Michigan area.
- Experience in establishing and growing accounts through strong account management practices.
- Active in the community, finding new and creative ways to expand your network and pursue new business opportunities.
- Assess client needs, identify gaps, and design solutions.
- Experience writing, negotiating, and completing contracts and agreements.
- Proven experience providing consulting/technology services and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is desirable.
- Identify important resource needs and staffing requirements; manage team members.
- Experience developing financial plans, managing financial goals, and responsibility for organizational or departmental P&L.
