Regional Sales Manager | Great Lakes
Direct Wire & Cable is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth and customer relationships across the Great Lakes region. This full-time, remote role requires travel up to 50% within the territory and involves developing sales strategies, building strong customer partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to expand market presence and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies informed by customer insights, market research, and industry expertise
- Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing customer relationships
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of accounts to meet revenue and market share goals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to align sales initiatives with customer needs
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and long‑term agreements with key accounts
- Track customer interactions, opportunities, and performance metrics using CRM tools
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to leadership
- Represent Direct Wire & Cable at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field strongly preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in sales management, business development, or a related role
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing customer accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skill
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Great Lakes region; valid driver’s license required
