This is a full‑time, onsite Account Manager role located in Detroit, MI. The Account Manager will oversee and manage client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, coordinating services, and ensuring the delivery of top‑notch solutions. The role will also involve problem‑solving, account strategy development, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.
