We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Detroit. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying new business opportunities, initiating client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for business strategy, and the drive to achieve and exceed goals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present company offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align business goals with storytelling strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and business development reports.
- Attend local events and meetings as needed to build relationships and promote the brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (entry-level candidates with internships or strong communication skills will be considered).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
