As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage department and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the mortgage department, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with document preparation, such as gathering and organizing mortgage-related paperwork
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in the mortgage department
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Familiarity with mortgage terminology and processes is a plus
