Client Service Team Leader
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers with processing insurance transactions, including:
- New and renewal policy processing
- Endorsements, audits, cancellations, and restatements
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate account information in the agency management system (AMS
360) - Request and track information from carriers as needed
- Collaborate with Client Executives and Client Managers on transactional service needs
- Assemble and format client information packets and deliverables
- Monitor billing, payments, and reconciliation issues
- Analyze data and spreadsheets for internal and client use
- Support document management, compliance checks, and reporting processes
- Proactively identify and communicate any administrative issues or inconsistencies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Excellent written communication and task follow-through
- Interest in the insurance industry and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple team members
