Our Executive offices are located in Downtown Detroit and Troy, MI. Potential candidates should be able to commute to both locations.

What You Will Be Doing

Standard office administrative duties such as Fed Ex shipping, purchase of supplies, vendor management. Arrange engagement activities and values-based awards. Provide feedback on Town Halls and team offsites. Track key engagement activities. Plan, book, and manage all travel arrangements for assigned Executives including visas, transportation, and accommodations, and issue resolution. Support the coordination of regional town halls, ensuring alignment with BU/regional leadership and smooth execution.

Education

Requirements

We are looking for someone with either a Vocational diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, HR, Hospitality Management or related fields.

Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in senior administrative support roles
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting senior leaders in multi-site or multinational environments
  • At least 2 years of experience in travel management, event coordination, and stakeholder interfacing
Knowledge,

Skills And Abilities
  • Broad understanding of administrative processes, travel systems, and event coordination
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to explain detailed or complex logistical information to leaders and teams
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to provide solutions in atypical situations
  • High level of cultural awareness and professionalism
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint)
