Overview
Ability to lift 25 pounds overhead. GENERAL
SUMMARY:
Performs clerical and logistical duties for supply and inventory controls. Supports both commodity and non-stock products.
- Mailroom Coordinator
- Process income and outgoing mail for HF hospital locations in SE Michigan.
- Apply postage to outgoing letters, certified mail, and packages.
- Distribution of mail to end users in multiple locations
- Print, insert and apply postage to corporate mailings
- Manage postage on meters, Bulk rate permits, supplies
- Create Purchase orders
- Handle accounting charges for various locations
- Maintain corporate budgets
- Coordinate with delivery services, USPS, and Presort companies
- Manage a small staff
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service skills / willing to help find solutions for other departments
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Prior supply chain experience in relevant roles.
- Must have good computer office automation skills as well as being able to work independently.
