Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our senior apartment community. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming mail, and maintain office organization.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for residents and management.
  • Assist with maintaining resident files, including data entry and documentation.
  • Process rent payments, handle minor financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates, newsletters, and community outreach.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in office administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a residential, property management, or senior living setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Compassionate and understanding towards the needs of senior residents.
