Coordinator Inventory (Mail Room) - Fulltime - Days - Macomb
GENERAL
SUMMARY:
Performs clerical and logistical duties for supply and inventory controls. Supports both commodity and non-stock products.
Including but not limited to the following.
- Process income and outgoing mail for HF hospital locations in SE Michigan.
- Apply postage to outgoing letters, certified mail, and packages.
- Distribution of mail to end users in multiple locations.
- Print, insert and apply postage to corporate mailings.
- Manage postage on meters, bulk rate permits, supplies.
- Create purchase orders.
- Handle accounting charges for various locations
Maintain corporate budgets
Coordinate with delivery services, USPS, and presort companies. - Manage a small staff.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer service skills. Willing to help find solutions for other departments.
- High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
- Prior supply chain experience in relevant roles.
- Must have good computer office automation skills and be able to work independently.
