This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone inquiries, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to various teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining office organization and assisting with scheduling and appointment coordination as necessary.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for answering inquiries, greeting visitors, and managing client interactions.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules, handle correspondence, and maintain office space efficiently.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and creating professional documents.
- Comfortable using office technology and software, including phones, email systems, and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and ability to maintain confidentiality in all tasks and communications.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
