** Summary
* * The Great Lakes Water Authority is looking for a Professional Administrative Analyst to provide and support the Wastewater Maintenance Group. We are looking for a team-oriented, innovative, hardworking individual to provide a full range of administrative support to the Director of Maintenance and the Water Resource Recovery Facility. In this role, you will provide a broad range of highly skilled and confidential administrative support to the Director and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

** Job Responsibilities
*** Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of RME and leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and maintain detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards using tools such as Power
BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint to communicate project progress and team accomplishments.
* Track and manage headcount, action items, onboarding processes, and operational schedules using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
* Serve as a liaison between the RME team and internal departments such as Human Resources, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate communication.
* Coordinate external stakeholder engagements, including badge access and meeting logistics.
* Maintain and update administrative trackers and documentation to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
* Assist in the execution of specialized technical assignments and ensure compliance with organizational procedures and safety protocols.
* Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
* Uphold a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability in all aspects of the role.
** Required
Education and Experience
** At the time of application:
* Bachelor’s degree: with specialization in Business Administration preferred
* A minimum of one (1) year of experience related to the field and/or job assignment
* Education requirement can be substituted with extensive experience, at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer or designee
** Preferred items:
*** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
* Experience with Power
BI, Smartsheet, and Excel pivot tables.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
