Position

Summary

The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the ODIN USA office and serves as the operational backbone of the team. This role supports finance, HR administration, logistics, purchasing, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day office operations. The Office Manager ensures that the U.S. team is organized, compliant, and fully supported.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator

  • High reliability, initiative, and strong follow-through
