Sales Assistant​/Project Coordinator

We handle everything from storefront signs to vehicle wraps to massive exterior projects—all for local businesses right here in Metro Detroit. Our Sales Team is growing fast, and we need someone with grit, accountability, and an eye for detail to help us keep projects moving smoothly and clients smiling.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of multiple local projects at once—from kickoff to final install
• Keep sales reps, clients, vendors, and our production team in sync and on track
• Juggle permits, site surveys, design, fabrication, shipping, and installation like a pro
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and updates so nothing slips through the cracks
• Join daily team huddles to align priorities and celebrate wins
• Build relationships that last—with clients, teammates, and vendor partners

What We’re Looking For:

• Accountability above all else. We need someone who owns their projects, start to finish.
• Team Focused. You love having an impact for others. Every. Single. Day.
• Super-organized. You thrive on task lists, timelines, and follow-through.
• Detail-driven. The little things matter, and you notice them.
• PMP certification? Even better! Show that thing off!

Competitive pay: $55K – $65K per year based on experience level
