The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of progressive tax experience. The ideal candidate is technically strong, collaborative, and motivated to grow with us. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, wants to build lasting client relationships, and is eager to help shape the future of a growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for a wide range of entities (1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1040, 990, 1041).
• Manage complex tax matters for partnerships, corporations, S-corps, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior tax staff.
• Partner directly with clients to deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services.
• Stay current on tax law changes, ensuring compliance while identifying planning opportunities.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and client service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license (required).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Expertise in complex business and individual tax returns.
• Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Ultra Tax, Quick Books, and Onvio (preferred but not required).
