Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
Our client, a publicly traded company in the Metro Detroit area, is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities- Lead technical accounting for acquisitions, including purchase price allocations, opening balance sheets, goodwill assessments, and coordination with external valuation experts.
- Partner with reporting teams on acquisition-related disclosures and serve as a key contact for external auditors, providing documentation and addressing inquiries.
- Work with Legal, Tax, Treasury, and other teams on acquisition activities, post-acquisition adjustments, and special projects involving M&A or other technical accounting matters.
- Autonomy to make mark in Accounting department
- Visibility to Upper Management
- 3+ years of Accounting experience, CPA preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Mid-Senior level
- Full-time
