Roofing Laborer

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
• Assist with tear-off, material handling, and roof installation
• Set up and use equipment safely (ladders, scaffolding, tools)
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Work outdoors with a team on active construction projects
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

• Reliable, hardworking individuals who show up ready to work
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs occasionally and stay physically active
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus (but not required)
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Foreman or leadership-level experience = higher pay opportunities

• $20-$30/hour+ based on experience (more for leadership-level talent)
