Seeking a full-time administrative RN for a corporate adult foster care facility in Detroit Lakes.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing services, assessments, and care planning in compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
- Supervise and train direct care staff, ensuring safety and quality care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor consumer health, and respond to changes in condition.
- Educate clients and staff, maintain accurate records, and coordinate referrals.
- Travel locally as needed and participate in ongoing training.
- RN license, BSN preferred, CPR certification, good communication skills, and reliable transportation.
