Registered Nurse; RN Supervisor

We are seeking a full‑time Administrative RN for our Detroit Lakes office to provide nursing services and supervise direct care staff in an adult foster care setting.

• Provide comprehensive assessments, monitor consumer health, and communicate findings to the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and train staff, ensure compliance with nursing standards, and document care accurately.
• Travel within the local area as needed and participate in team meetings.
• Educate consumers and staff, assist with medication monitoring, and promote safety and infection control.
• Maintain confidentiality, identify training needs, and work collaboratively with healthcare providers and legal representatives for advanced care planning.

Qualifications include an RN license, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Preferred experience includes at least one year of nursing.
