Machine Maintenance Technician I - Night Shift

Provide support with all preventative maintenance and repair activities of all production and non-production machines and equipment.

Ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others by following all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to the safety program.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Perform light preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Complete all required documentation.
• Assist in correcting unplanned machine breakdowns.
• Assist in machine moves throughout the shop.
• Provide technical assistance to production personnel.
• Welding fabrication and repair as needed.
• Maintain and operate the coolant recycling system.
• Assist with emptying chip bins as needed.
• Replace all machine filters, including filter mists.
• Perform visual inspections on all air compressors and dryers where applicable.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Check and replenish or replace machine oil reservoirs where applicable.
• Check and replenish or replace machine coolant reservoirs where applicable.
• Service company vehicles as required.
• Clean/fill and inspect all forklift and floor scrubber batteries where applicable.
• Take coolant concentration readings in all production machines and coolant reclaiming system, and document all readings where applicable.
• Replace all air compressor oil and air filters as required where applicable.
• Clean up work areas after jobs are completed.
• Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management System and Objectives.
• Promote a positive atmosphere.
• Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
