THE OPPORTUNITY:

Under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor, this position is responsible for locating and retrieving garments in the warehouse, pulling, cycle counting, pad printing, and delivering garments to production as needed. This position is located at our HQ in Detroit Lakes, MN.

• Pulls orders of garments for production teams
• Verifies correct garment, color and sizes pulled by weighing/counting garments
• Pad prints and cycle counts garments
• Maintains aisles: clear, cleaned & organized racks
• Follows the 6S:
  Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain & Safety
• Uses communication device (rotating schedule) to deliver necessary garment(s) to production as needed
• Assists in loading and unloading inventory as needed
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. continuously
• Other duties as assigned, including special projects

• Ability to work well independently and as a team
• Accuracy is required; must understand order form and be able to count efficiently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment
• Must be self-directed & self-motivated
• Knowledge of MS Office products:
  Excel, Word, etc.
• Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hrs a day

FREQUENTLY: Lift, Carry, Pull, Bend, Twist, Lift 10-50 lbs., Carry 10 - 50 lbs., Reach above shoulder height.

OCCASIONALLY: Stand, Walk, Push, Lift over 50 lbs., Carry over 50 lbs.
