As a Sports Surfacing Installer, you’ll be an essential member of our field team, responsible for the hands‑on installation and maintenance of athletic surfaces. This is a full‑time travel role for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, thrive in outdoor settings, and want to be part of building something that lasts.

• Surface Preparation:
  Assist with layout, measuring, and prepping sites for surfacing systems.
• Installation:
  Apply and finish synthetic surfaces (including pour‑in‑place rubber) to project specifications.
• Repairs & Maintenance:
  Patch, reseal, or resurface as needed on existing tracks and courts.
• Material Handling:
  Load, unload, and manage surfacing materials and equipment onsite.
• Quality Control:
  Follow company and manufacturer standards to ensure precision and durability.
• Safety:
  Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE on every jobsite.

• Experience in running track or pour‑in‑place surfacing installation.
• Experience in asphalt paving, seal coating, or roadway surfacing is considered a strong crossover skill for this role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Valid driver's license with ability to travel 100% of the time (multi‑state).
• Physically able to lift / pull up to 80 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a drug and background check.
