Assistant Store Manager - Soma

Soma Intimates -  - Responsibilities:
Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs and execute in-store sales strategies.;
Establishes clear expectations and holds store team accountable for brand standards, performance, and behavior.;
Controls payroll and supply budget; manages scheduling, stock audits, inventory, opening/closing duties, payroll accuracy, and merchandise flow.;
Ensures compliance with laws, loss prevention policies, and operating procedures; conducts associate training.;
Develops a high performance culture by training, coaching, and building a skilled selling team.
