You're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed. • You are a go-getter who keeps product moving through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base: you keep it running efficiently and productively, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You spot merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, make a plan, and take action to correct them.
• You support teamwork by stepping in to help with non‑stock tasks or assisting guests.
• Safety is a priority; you follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
