Wine & Spirits Sales Associate Destin - Store

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by building relationships and advising customers on our extensive product portfolio. Your responsibilities include sales support, customer service, cashier duties, and stock management. You will report to the store management team.

• Greet customers, establish rapport, and inform them about our products and services
• Learn and recommend products from our full portfolio based on customer needs
• Achieve sales and product metrics targets
• Maintain inventory and visual presentation standards
• Perform cashier functions and ensure adherence to policies
• Keep the store safe and clean

• Must be 21 years or older
• Flexible schedule availability, depending on part-time or full-time preference
• Experience with relevant technology and customer service
• Preferred: 1+ year in retail or customer service, wine and spirits industry experience, industry certifications like WSE or Sommelier
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude

• Stand for 8-10 hours, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs.
