Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Realtor at AXEN Realty, located in Destin, FL. The Realtor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, negotiating deals, and preparing necessary documentation such as contracts and agreements. Additionally, the Realtor will maintain knowledge of current market trends, actively generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

• Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Networking skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate Trends, Local Market Conditions, and Property Valuation
• Client Relationship Management and Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in Real Estate Software, CRM tools, and Basic Computer Skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Valid real estate license and driver’s license
• Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus
• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
