We're seeking a New Home Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our Sales team. Our Sales Managers provide opportunities for our customers to view their dream home by performing the following duties:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a leading sales team
• Manage all aspect of sales and marketing for the division office
• Educate, train, and motivate others
• Adapt to and promote the Adams Homes culture:
  Value, Simplified

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A Florida Real Estate License
