Job Summary:- Greet and serve Harbor Walk Village guests during their stay by making it easier and more enjoyable to arrive, check-in and stay at the property.
- Encourage people to come into the Harbor Walk Welcome Center.
- Provides services to the guest personally or refers requests to the appropriate department manager.
- Provide maps, information, and discounts to Harbor Walk Village Guests.
- May answer inquiries pertaining to the resort's amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, entertainment and directions.
- Pre-Screen guests to see if they would be qualified to tour our Model Villa.
- Make sure the guests have the best guest experience at our Wyndham Harbor Walk Village Welcome Center.
- Customer service experience.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.
- Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.
- Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another.
