The Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering a high-touch client experience while supporting the firm’s advisory and operational objectives. This role is responsible for managing ongoing client service needs, executing financial planning strategies, and serving as a key point of contact to ensure alignment with client goals and Prime Capital’s service standards. The Service Advisor partners closely with Lead Advisors and internal stakeholders to drive client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client relationships.
  • Lead client review meetings and deliver financial planning updates.
  • Respond to client inquiries with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
  • Proactively identify service opportunities to deepen client engagement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans and investment recommendations.
  • Analyze client financial data and develop actionable planning strategies.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments as appropriate.
  • Ensure alignment of client portfolios with investment policy statements and firm guidelines.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee account maintenance, paperwork, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with operations, compliance, and custodial partners to resolve client service matters efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and timely CRM documentation in accordance with firm standards.
  • Support workflow optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Business Development Support
  • Identify opportunities for additional services within existing relationships.
  • Support referral generation and relationship expansion efforts.
  • Participate in client appreciation events and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field required.
  • Series 65 required
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory services.
  • CFP® designation preferred or in progress.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.
