The Airport Cashier is responsible for greeting, engaging, and interacting with all customers entering and exiting the facility. The position requires cash handling, making correct changes, monitoring transactions, and other duties related to traffic entering/exiting the facility.

- Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service.
- Collect parking fees and provide correct change.
- Handle different types of parkers: tenants, visitors, employees, administration, etc.
- Know surrounding building area to answer questions.
- Complete the daily report.
- Assist in staffing entry or exit booths during peak hours to facilitate traffic.
- Communicate with management, supervisors, and traffic directors.
- Respond to customer service questions regarding parking courteously, referring to supervisor when needed.
- Determine traffic flow during equipment failures or construction periods.
- Demonstrate urgency and timeliness.
- Seek improvement opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED – preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience – required.
- Parking industry experience – preferred but not required.

- Willingness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations.
- Handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Speak, read, and comprehend English.
- Make decisions independently and stay firm on them.
- Work in various weather conditions.
- Lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.
- Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently.
