From First Beep to Final PalletHere's what you'll need to knock it out like a pro:

• 1 year of warehouse experience and prior slip sheet or powered industrial lift operation required
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Ability to read, write, and follow both written and verbal instructions in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic warehouse environment
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately perform inventory documentation
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and data entry procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment (slip sheet forklift) to move product throughout the warehouse
• Accurately transfer product and parts, physically and through warehouse management systems (WMS), into and/or out of storage locations
• Pull and stage orders with precision and attention to detail
• Perform cycle counts and participate in regular inventory audits
• Recognize and report obvious product damage at any point in the warehousing process
• Adhere to all safety, security, and work center protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
