Assistant Manager

Join the Citi Trends team as an Assistant Manager and help drive success in one of the largest chain stores in the value‑priced urban apparel industry.

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and supervision of employees.
• Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transactions and ensure compliance with shrink‑control standards.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers.
• Ensure staff adherence to all Citi Trends, Inc. policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 2–4 years of retail experience as an Assistant Manager.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
