The Production Facility Manager plays a key role in providing daily leadership to 1 of our 11 Production Facilities across the U.S. The Production Facility Manager works autonomously, regularly exercising independent judgment and discretion with limited supervision. The incumbent must display strong leadership acumen to successfully lead and develop a manufacturing team of ~70 employees, achieve SLA commitments, and deliver high‑quality results to customers.

The Production Facility Manager is the primary point of contact for all site activities.

• Managing and coordinating the daily operational functions for the assigned Vestcom production facility.
