Responsibilities

• Implement care plans and communicate any findings or changes to the Physical Therapist and physician
• Educate patients and their families about basic home safety and medical equipment safety

Required Certifications and Licensures

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation
• Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Licensed driver able to travel to all business locations
