As a Pediatrician with DAP Health, youll provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care for pediatric patientsdelivering preventive, acute, and chronic care in a supportive, team-based environment. Youll collaborate closely with other providers, medical assistants, and mid-level practitioners to ensure every child receives coordinated, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, from well-child visits to chronic disease management

• Perform clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment following established care standards

• Supervise and collaborate with mid-level providers and clinical support staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes

• Contribute to DAP Healths Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) program, promoting continuity, prevention, and whole-family health

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Active California medical license and DEA license (or ability to obtain)

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• EPIC EHR experience and current CPR certification (American Heart Association) preferred

• Competitive annual salary: $290,000 - $300,000
