About the Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting our Nursery teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons, working with children aged 3-5 years. You'll help foster a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment, encouraging learning through play, assisting with daily routines, and ensuring each child's development is supported in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering EYFS activities

Support children's individual needs and learning goals

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development

Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Help with observations and assessments of children's progress

Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times

Key Requirements:

Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)

Experience working with children in an EYFS setting

Passionate about working with young children and supporting their learning

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to work as part of a team
