We help our clients bring their brands to life through engaging exhibits that inspire connections. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an Inventory Supervisor to join our talented team and support our mission of delivering exceptional client experiences.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our warehouse operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Set Up, Manufacturing, and Logistics, to ensure the delivery of high quality, high impact exhibit and display solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse fulfillment and inventory operations, including client-owned inventory, stock inventory, and rental inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by managing the inventory database, including item details, quantities, locations, and allocations
  • Manage back-of-house organization, ensuring proper bin locations, categorization, and labeling
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding of inventory items, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Oversee and execute regular cycle counts across all inventory types
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and fulfillment associates in picking, fulfillment, and inventory management tasks
  • Create and manage weekly task schedules and priorities for fulfillment staff
  • Ensure consistent adherence to inventory and fulfillment processes and best practices
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to identify, document, and implement process improvements within the fulfillment and inventory program
  • Ensure detailed time tracking related to onboarding and offboarding of client-owned fulfillment items to support accurate monthly billing
  • Source supplies and materials needed to support the rental inventory program
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and replacement of rental inventory as needed
  • Monitor rental inventory availability and proactively identify scheduling conflicts
  • Assist the Storage Account Manager with tracking piece counts for client-owned exhibit assets

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or fulfillment
  • Previous experience supervising or leading warehouse or fulfillment staff
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, cycle counting, and record accuracy
  • Ability to organize and maintain warehouse layouts, bin systems, and labeling
  • Proficient with inventory software and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
