Shift: 6 AM - 6:30 PM, Sunday - Wednesday

• 1-2 years of dispatch experience in logistics or local trucking
• Previous overnight shift experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English

• Dispatch drivers for domestic freight pick-ups and deliveries
• Communicate pick-up and delivery assignments to drivers in real time
• Serve as the communication hub between internal teams, drivers, and external customers
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain shipment logs
• Respond to customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Draft and manage emails using Outlook for timely shipment updates
• Support overnight operations and ensure schedule adherence
• Lift packages up to 40 pounds when needed
