Asa Word Press Architect
- Y ou have experience working on large , scalable projects.
- You are able to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues about technical and non-technical issues.
- You provide strategic advice to project stakeholders and work collaboratively with other departments and teams.
- You can translate client requirements into technical approaches while considering scope and budget.
- You are a keen problem-solver and an active participant in strategic discussions within the team.
- You take pride in your work, delivering successful projects through clear communication, organization, and high-quality code.
- Architecting complex custom Word Press solutions
- Adhering and implementing Word Press coding standards & best practices
- T trouble shooting urgent issues
- Collaborating with project managers and development team
- Providing actionable feedback to managers and teammates
- Estimating level of effort for project tasks
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and the best way to implement
- 5 + years hands on Word Press development at an agency level
- 3+ years working with Woo Commerce
- Knowledge of dev ops tools such as Git Hub Actions, Composer, or Buddy Works
- Experience hosting providers such as WP Engine, WP VIP, Pantheon , AWS
- Ability to communica te to technical & non-technical stakeholders including clients and 3rd party vendors
- Performing code reviews for peers and giving constructive feedback
- Integrating external services including payment processors, membership software, CRMs , Single Sign On
- Ability to manage development budget on a project
- Creating headless Word Press - including Next.
JS or React - Contributing to Open-Source projects - including Word Press
- Working with Gutenberg & custom blocks
- Experience mentoring and leading a team
- Experience working within an agency
- Experience using Composer
- Experience using AI tools

The US-based salary range for this full‑time position is $95,000‑$130,000 per year.
