Lock Technician

You’ll be responsible for installing, rekeying, and troubleshooting a variety of security locks, key systems, and door hardware for our commercial, institutional, and industrial customers. • Install, rekey, and troubleshoot commercial door hardware, including locks and key systems, to meet our clients  security needs
• Apply strong diagnostic skills to resolve security door hardware issues efficiently
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members to deliver excellent service
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines and exceed customer expectations

• 2+ years of locksmith or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools; welding experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a self-motivated approach to task completion
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card (P.E.R.C.) in Illinois
