• Responsible for providing service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service
• Must be willing to work all shifts
• Picks up empty glasses and returns them to the proper area
• Works in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, clearing tables and serving food
• Maintains a clean station at all times and performs assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins, etc
• Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job
• Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner Knows the menu items, specials, and prices
• Completes all side work and other duties as assigned in a timely manner
• Offers assistance to all guests regardless of where they are seated
• Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times
• Handles any guest’s complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner
• Keeps work area clean
• Ensures thorough communication between shifts
• Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures
• Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures
• Performs all other duties specified or assigned

• Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds at one time and grip necessary items (glasses, pens, pads, garnishments, money, etc.)
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails
• Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members
• Possesses ability to work under pressure
• Prior experience is helpful as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment
• Is always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametag, I.

• Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
• Ability to successfully fulfill the pre‑employment process
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
