Purchasing Clerk at DO & CO AG

Our three business segments—Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels—offer gourmet entertainment worldwide. We operate in 32 locations, 12 countries and 3 continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine classics, develop unknowns, grow constantly, and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities- Complete daily, weekly and monthly orders; evaluate and facilitate approval on all purchase orders; and coordinate with receivers and buyer(s) to ensure delivery accuracy.
- Authorize payment for purchases by reviewing invoices and related documentation; maintain appropriate inventory levels; input delivery reports (CCP) and register received goods in Navison; and monitor quality of filed CCP1, correcting receivers when needed.
- Monitor supplier performance—on‑time deliveries, meeting company quality and specifications; follow up on open POs and clear void POs from the ERP system; and conduct monthly inventory count.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications and food safety; and perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Proficient computer skills (particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
