Ascension - North River Road - Responsibilities:
Provide gentle, hands-on care under the guidance of an RN, supporting physician-ordered treatments while prioritizing comfort, dignity, and trust.;
Assist residents with daily activities, mobility, and personal care, fostering independence and meaningful moments of connection.;
Notice and compassionately respond to changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental well-being, communicating promptly with the care team to ensure needs are met.;
Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by proactively identifying safety concerns and responding calmly and confidently to emergent situations.
