Leaderstat - Post Acute is seeking a local contract nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Quality Assurance for a local contract nursing job in Des Plaines, Illinois.

RN - Duration: 6 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days

Interim Quality Director/IP. Must be an RN. Long-term care experience. RN that has worked on quality measures/initiatives Not currently in survey window. At least needs to be an RN and also have knowledge of the QAPI program and Infection prevention program/certification.
Location: Des Plaines, Illinois
Census/Bed Size: currently at 50 out of 68 beds
On Call: Yes
Work the floor - Yes
Vaccination: Fully Vaccinated for COVID
