Pay$46.54 per hour + $0.26 shift differential

E. Oakton St., Des Plaines, IL
Industrial maintenance/electrician will perform routine preventive maintenance and repair of machines.
Troubleshoot emergency maintenance on machines as necessary to support plant operations.
Troubleshoot industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures.
Read, manage, and perform work orders of required maintenance services.
Required Skills- 3+ years in industrial manufacturing
- PLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs, and changeouts of programs
- Experience with Factory Talk or similar HMI software
- Photo eyes, sensors, limit switches, and solenoids
- Repairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems (line controls)
- Mechanical systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes)
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- High and low voltage
- Ability to operate a multimeter to diagnose a variety of electrical issues
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Frequently required to stand, walk, handle or feel objects with hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk or hear.
