What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee audit engagements across a variety of industries, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables in line with professional standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff and seniors, fostering development and ensuring successful client outcomes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients—building relationships, resolving complex issues, and identifying opportunities for added value.
• Review financial statements and assess internal controls for compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to inform both internal processes and client advisory services.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 4 years of external audit experience, with proven leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Active CPA license (or in progress).
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple client engagements.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to coach and support team members.
