Talent Manager, HR Manager, Employee Relations
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who will collaborate closely with the leadership team to implement HR strategies that support the organization’s goals and objectives. This dynamic role requires the ability to work across all levels of the organization, adapt quickly to change, and communicate with clarity and confidence. This position has a strong focus on developing the people side of the business.
Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute strategies for Talent Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
- Design and implement processes that attract, retain, and grow top talent across the organization.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including performance improvement plans and development conversations.
- Address and resolve employee relations matters by serving as a mediator to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Use data and HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable people insights.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to coordinate and support local training initiatives.
- Oversee the talent review process, identifying high-potential employees and creating development opportunities for key talent.
- Organize and support company-sponsored events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide responsive, effective support to employee questions, concerns, and HR-related inquiries.
- Partner with Marketing to promote campus recruiting and internship programs via collateral and social media presence.
- Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
- Develop and implement a recruitment process specifically targeting internal union field talent for transition into Pepper leadership roles.
- Support coaching, mentoring, and career development for both new and existing team members.
- Design and implement position-based networking and training programs to support career growth and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proven ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- $90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
