Behavior Therapist (Part-Time & Full-Time) Des Plaines, IL & Surrounding Areas

Looking for meaningful work while gaining experience in psychology, education, or child development? Join Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA) as a Behavior Therapist and make a real impact in the lives of children with autism.

In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help build communication, social, and daily living skills.
No ABA experience is required
-we provide all the training you need to get started and grow in the field.

• $19.00/hour for client sessions and office work once RBT certified
• $17.00/hour for in-person shadow sessions before certification
• $15.00/hour for online training modules and virtual onboarding
• $150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 months

• Work directly with children to implement individualized therapy plans created by a BCBA supervisor
• Track progress and collect session data
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision
• Help children build important life and communication skills

• Paid Training & RBT Certification – No experience required
• Paid Travel Time between client sessions

• Part-time and full-time roles available
• Daytime, evening (3:00–7:30 PM
  ), and weekend shifts
• Minimum availability: 3 weekday evenings and 1 weekend day

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, volunteering, etc.)
• Interest in psychology, education, or related fields
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
