Home Care Aide

Brookdale is looking for a Home Care Aide to provide one‑on‑one companionship and non‑medical hands‑on care for seniors. The position is available full‑time, part‑time, and PRN, with same‑day interviews.

• One‑on‑one companionship
• Non‑medical hands‑on care (dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care, transfers)
• Housekeeping and laundry
• Pet care
• Transportation to doctor’s appointments and errands
• Medication reminders

Base pay range determined by skills and experience. Eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities.

Direct care experience with seniors; empathy, patience, and reliability. Ability to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care. Clean communication skills. Housekeeping and errands assistance. Prior CNA or RN experience is a plus but not required.
