$20/hour | Des Plaines & Park Ridge, IL | Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support our busy medical offices in Des Plaines and Park Ridge. This is a phone-heavy, front-office role ideal for candidates with experience in medical reception, scheduling, or front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume incoming phone calls
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Document all communication in EPIC (EMR system)
• Take and relay messages to physicians

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical office or high-call-volume role preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC or other EMR systems a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compliance:

• Background check required
• Drug screen (oral swab accepted)
